author, editor, curator. Graduated in Law at Universidade Federal
Has written 70 songs for major Brazilian composers, e.g. Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Gal Costa. Soundtrack for the film "Quilombo", by Cacá Diegues.
Artistic director and production director for phonographic pieces, e.g. "Zona de Fronteira" (Sony Music, 1991), "Veneno Antimonotonia" (Polygram, 1997).
Author of serveral books, e.g. "Qual é Parangolé - Hélio Oiticica" (1996), "Algaravias - Camara de Ecos" (poetry, 1996), as well as texts.
Editor of "Editora Francisco Alves" (1994), currently co-author of the 2-monthly magazine "O Carioca" in association with the poets Bernardo Vilhena and Chacal . Works on a new poetry.
Co-/curator of several exhibitions and advisory work, e. g. in 1994, Banco nacional de Idéias: "Relativism as a vision of the world" (1994) and "Tower of Babel mulit-culturalism, transculturalism and cultural synchretism (1995), and RIOARTE. Participation in videos and films, e.g. "Trovoada" by Carlos Nader, "Candomblé" by David Byrne, "Semana De Arte Moderna de 22" by Geraldo Sarno.
